CNC Machine Repair / Maintenance Tech
Metro Detroit manufacturer is looking for a CNC Machine Repair Technician. This position requires working remotely from home in Port Huron area and traveling to customer locations.
Must have experience in:
Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic (pneumatic a plus)
PLC experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fidia, Fanuc, Heidenhain preferred)
Machine Tool Assembly
Machine Tool installation at customer location
Final Commissioning and Start-up.
Calibration using
Granite straight edges and Granite Square
Using and operating Ball Bar Systems
Geometrical Calibration
Knowledge of preventive maintenance activity and preventative maintenance plan development
Retrofitting and rebuilding of CNC equipment a plus
Knowledge of Controls Architecture and various Controls Systems a plus
Pay will depend on experience. Must be able to pass a drug test and felony background check
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
