Server Assistant
Server Assistant Position Description TRAITS A Twister Rooster Team Member believes in delivering Impeccable Service to every guest.
The Team Member will be friendly, outgoing, possesses good communication skills, be organized and be able to think and act quickly and effectively.
He/she will retain self-composure, possesses a sense of urgency and timing, set high standards, be quality conscious, and have an eye for detail.
The employee shall take pride in personal appearance and have a sense of dedication to the team.
At all times, they will display integrity and honesty in all aspects of work.
Responsibilities:
Works as a team with all Twisted Rooster team members, communicates clearly and enthusiastically with guests and team members, and makes guests feel appreciated through actions.
He/she receives information and feedback from guests based on their needs and takes action based on observations and information received.
Has thorough knowledge of table numbers and setup and uses this knowledge to handle station effectively.
Immediate table turns.
Maintains station and general appearance of guest areas through cleaning and stocking.
Performs other related duties as assigned by a Manager.
PREREQUISTES:
Knowledge Alcohol Awareness Standards Guest Relations Quality Service Floor Plan Side Work Duties PHYSICAL:
Employee must be able to speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
He/she must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to five (5) hours in length.
Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, lift bus pans, and trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
