POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversee Supplier Quality functions within multiple facilities.
Successful development and management of suppliers.
Establishment /Maintain maintenance of systematic approach to technical supplier development.
Supplier audit planning / execution.
Production relocation for failed / poor performing suppliers.
Tracking supplier deadlines.
On-going adjustment and compilation of gauge-related requirements in cooperation with subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Manage and oversee Supplier Quality staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree
- 5
years experience in quality management of automotive suppliers
- ISO / TS-16949 experience
- General understanding of commercial processes
- Good knowledge of SAP MM / QM and MS Office
- Flexible and willing to travel to suppliers at times
- Team oriented with excellent communication skills
