Precision Mold Maker
Precision Mold Maker position available in the cutting-edge mold building department at Britt Manufacturing; a custom manufacturer of ultra precision injection molds, primarily for the medical, firearm and electronic industries.

Essential Functions:
Individual will report to the Tooling Division Manager. Candidate must possess the ability to adapt from 'traditional mold building techniques to ultra precision techniques.
Ability to fabricate and complete molds, mold inserts and components from engineering prints and CAD models manufactured using CNC milling, precision grinders, and EDM machines.
General Qualification Requirements:
? CNC and EDM experience beneficial
? Knowledge of general machining practices.
? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mold designs.
? Ability to solve problems independently or as part of a team.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? 5-7 years progressive and relevant experience in precision mold building.
