As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with scheduling mobile service and or pick-up and delivery of their vehicle.
You will also collaborate with other department personnel to coordinate service appointments, process orders, and maintain accurate records.

Pick-up and delivery:
Drive to customers' homes or businesses to pick-up or deliver their vehicle when needed.
RequirementsCustomer Service Skills:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
Communication Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
