We're on the hunt for a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to join our rapidly expanding social media team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Social Media Manager and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' online presence.
Job Duties:
? Content Creation:
Design engaging and visually appealing content & templates tailored to our clients' brand aesthetics.
? Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage interactions, comments, and reviews across various social media platforms including Facebook, Google My Business, and LinkedIn.
? Facebook Ad Campaigns:
Assist in creating and monitoring Facebook ad campaigns, including analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
? Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
? Department Support:
Assist with department overflow and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
? Creativity:
Ability to conceptualize and create visually stunning designs that align with brand aesthetics and engage target audiences.
? People Skills:
Enjoy working with people and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and address design needs and challenges effectively.
? Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail, including color coordination, grammar, and layout.
? Tech-Savvy:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Customer Service
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
